Username and Password Issues

• Lookup PVT Username
  • You must know:
    • Last Four digits of Social Security Number,
    • First Five characters of Last Name
    • 6-digit birthday - mmddyy 
• Change PVT Password
  • You must know your old password
• Reset PVT password
  • Call 931-540-2650 (Monday through Friday 7:45 am - 4:15 pm)
    • Password information cannot be given out over the phone or sent to non-Columbia State email accounts.

• Review the Information Technology (IT) Department website for answers to common questions.

  • Include as much detail as possible along with PVT username and contact information.

• Course Issues: Student should contact their instructor for all course issues (discussion board, quizzes, content, etc.).
