I can't view discussion postings, quiz windows, and download links

The new Windows XP Service Pack (SP2) includes a popup blocker. This feature can potentially cause problems with WebCT. If you've installed the SP2 update and are having problems with some of WebCT's tools, such as Discussion Boards, Mail and Quizzes, follow the "Change Windows XP SP2 Popup Blocker Settings" instructions for allowing popups within WebCT.

Note: Pop-up blocking functions are included in some anti-virus, internet security, personal firewall, and browser programs. Disable the relevant setting in the program or set your WebCT server as an allowed site. Examples of programs that include pop-up blocking functions include the following. If you're using a different popup blocker, please refer to the product's documentation for information on allowing pop-up windows from certain sites. Click the links to read configuration information. If there is no link, refer to the Help in the affected program.
